Order Processing

Orders are processed within 7-12 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: Available at checkout (if applicable)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $200 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Opulence Hair Co is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Opulence Hair Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim.
